In Son Blat there are four houses (Es Sestadors, Es Bosquet, Sa Tanca, Ses Cases). The first three have been recently built and the original one has been totally renovated. All of them maintain the typical charme of Majorcan building style and have been furnished following rigurous aesthetic and functional criteria.

The three houses are very distant from one another. Each of them is surrounded and isolated by its own garden, with old trees and private swimming-pool, which provides them with an atmosphere of absolute independence and privacy.
